Andrei Makrov (born December 14, 1979) is an Estonian professional ice hockey player.
Makrov was selected as the Best Forward at 1999 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships Pool C.[1][2] In the 2010 IIHF World Championship Division II tournament Makrov was the top scorer scoring 28 points in five games and was selected as the best forward and the most valuable player of the tournament.[3]
